Juanita L. Meeks

Juanita Lucille Meeks passed away June 16, 2017 in Payson, Arizona. Juanita was born to Florence (Henry) and Dan Weston on March 28, 1932 in Phoenix, Arizona. She grew up there and married the love of her life LT Meeks on April 18th, 1970.

Juanita was a fun woman who loved to play Bingo and do word search. She never went a day without her soap operas playing on the T.V. She also had a passion for Polka dancing and traveling. She would get out and about whenever she could. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Her grandchildren meant the world to her and she would treasure family gatherings more than anything. Juanita was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband LT Meeks and her son Terry Brogdon and step-son Lester (Bucky) Meeks. She is survived by her 4 children, 4 step-children, 20 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends. A Visitation will be held Friday, June 23, 2017 from 8-10am at Funeraria del Angel Greer Wilson Chapel 5921 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85033 with a 10:30am Graveside Service at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery 2300 W. Van Buren Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009.
