Joe, I will always miss you at the Cork.  You left far too early, my friend.

 RIP Joe!  I have and will think of you often.  I enjoyed working with you at the Cork for 8 years.  It was great to reconnect with you when we visited Tucson several years ago.

The ever smiling, cordial, hard working, entertaining and sincere friend Sr Mullen is already missed...there is no doubt he's been greeted and seated by our Lord Jesus Christ and all the angels & saints at one of the best tables in the house!

Joe and I both were bus boys at the Cork while in High School, and had a blast!  I continued to eat at the Cork because of Joe. Always a class act and a wonderful human being. May god bless you all in your loss.

first of all i want to thank everyone who posted the photos..and joe, my fondest memories were of the time when u were just a boy chasing me on the beach in mexico..and the great time we had then with granpa thad and martina..you are a shining light amongst the angels now..rest in peace...lindy wallace
