John Howard Melisko Jr, age 88, passed away on June 7th, 2022. He was born March 31, 1934, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He is survived by his son, John (wife Margaret), grandson John (wife Shannon and step daughter Dani) and great granddaughter Isabella. He was preceded in death by his wife Ann of 52 years. He moved to Arizona in 1962 and enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Viewing and service will be held at Maryvale Chapel on June 21st at 9am. Graveside service will be held June 21st at 10:30 at Resthaven Cemetery.
