He embraced life with a zest that radiated in every aspect of his being. John was a man of remarkable intellect, thriving in all his endeavors. Professionally, John blended acumen with generosity, seeing talent in those around him and raising them up. His love for golf was a constant, a passion that mirrored his approach to life – focused, strategic, and always ready for the next challenge. Travel was his pastime, with New Orleans and San Diego holding special places in his heart, each visit creating memories spent with his special friends and family. His wild sense of humor was a light in every room, a testament to his genuine and infectious spirit and laugh. John was a loyal friend, a maestro of fun, and lived each moment to its fullest. His heart found its home in Ekay, his soulmate of 23 years, their bond a testament to love.
John leaves behind a legacy cherished by many. He is survived by his loving parents Michael and Mary of Tucson, brother Frank, sister Gina, son Paul, daughter Michelle, and two adoring granddaughters, Dominique and Delanie.
John Lacagnina may have left this world, but his spirit and enduring love will forever resonate among us. Rest in peace, dear friend, father, husband and confidant. You will be deeply missed and eternally remembered.
