Jeffrey Kilcline, 56, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed suddenly on January 22, 2022. Born on May 19, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan, Jeff grew up in Harper Woods and graduated in 1983 from Grosse Pointe North High School. He and his family moved from Michigan to Arizona in 2006 to escape the Michigan winters for the sunshine of Arizona.
Since childhood, Jeff loved both anything that could fly and rebuilding all things mechanical. These twin passions led to a 30 year career as an aircraft mechanic. Jeff was a wonderful provider for his family, had an easygoing personality and was always the peacekeeper. He also enjoyed fishing, bird watching and spending time among friends. Most of all, he was a family oriented man who adored his grandchildren and spent every chance he could with them.
He is survived by his former wife Julie Kilcline (Heisner), children Alicia Armijo (Greg) and Justin Kilcline, his grandchildren Joey and Autumn Armijo, his parents Fred and Bernadine Kilcline, his siblings Jennifer Kilcline, Joyce (Scott) Grimmer, Patrick (Bay) Kilcline, and Peter (Denise) Kilcline, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at noon on February 6 at Phoenix Memorial Park located at 200 W Beardsley, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
A Funeral Mass will be held in Michigan at noon on Saturday, February 12 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church located at 415 N 6th Street, St Clair, MI 48079.
