He was born on November 15,1935 in San Diego, CA. As a special needs individual Howard grew up in California state institutions and group homes until the late 60’s. Where he then met Dub and Mary Carroll.
The Carroll family and their descendants would provide Howards forever home. Howard Seay is survived by the same family. Gabriel, Stephanie, and Roberta Macias.
In Howards younger years he enjoyed taking care of ranch animals, volunteering at food pantry’s and attending church. In his later years Howard enjoyed the love of his family, holidays, watching movies, and the children of his adoptive family. Howard good nature and big heart where his defining attributes. As a long time, member of the Carroll/Macias Family.
Howard will be remembered as a great family member, friend, and confidant. Gabriel and Stephanie and Roberta Macias would like to thank everyone who provided love and special care for Howard and his needs.
