Heather was predeceased by her parents and her stepfather Chuck Swihart. She is survived by her husband Michael Lee Devine; her daughters Chelsie Elizabeth (James) Mathews, Emma K. (Corey) Hodowanic, and Megan A. (Joseph) Johnson; her brother Bruce (Tracy) MacLeod; as well as her 9 grandchildren.
In addition to her many accomplishments and achievements, Heather Elizabeth Devine will be lovingly remembered for her deep devotion to her local Anthem and New River community. She cherished the establishments that brought people together, where she excelled in her careers in waitressing and bartending, including Legend's Bar and Grill, Rosati's in Anthem, and The Roadrunner, as well as the New River Veterinarian Hospital where she served as an Intake Specialist.
Heather's passion for music and her magnetic personality led her to proudly own and operate a popular Karaoke Business that brought joy and entertainment to her community at The Roadrunner, Rosati's, and other local restaurants in Anthem, New River, and the Northern Phoenix area. Through her talent and dedication, she created cherished memories for countless people.
Throughout her life, Heather's career path was diverse, showing her unwavering determination and work ethic. She also excelled in roles at Deer Valley Plumbing and Grimaldi's Pizzeria, earning the admiration and respect of her colleagues and customers.
But beyond her professional endeavors, Heather was a beacon of love and kindness to all who knew her. She was renowned for her witty sense of humor, her unwavering loyalty to friends, family and her community, and her zest for life that was truly infectious.
Her free time was filled with joy, as she loved singing karaoke, playing cards, cuddling with her cat Kiki, and cooking mouthwatering meals for her husband and loved ones. She relished being surrounded by friends and family, as she cherished the bonds she had formed throughout her life.
Heather Elizabeth Devine touched the lives of many with her genuine warmth, generous spirit, and loving nature. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her. But as we gather to celebrate her life and say our farewells, let us remember the legacy of love and joy she leaves behind. May her memory continue to inspire us to be kind, loving, and passionate members of our community, just as she exemplified throughout her remarkable life.

A fellowship will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 at 10:00am with the Memorial Service to follow at 10:30am at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85027. It will be a testament to the impact Heather had on so many lives.
