Georgia Kathleen Miller

Georgia Kathleen Miller passed away on December 13, 2023. Georgia was born in Nokomis, IL to parents Thomas and Anna Goodwin. During her high school years, her family moved to Phoenix, AZ where she married the love of her life, Donald Wade Miller.

Georgia is survived by brother Thomas Goodwin (Ginger), and brother-in-law Ken Barnes (Pat). Georgia’s husband of 51 years, Donald and sisters Carol Jean Barnes and Mildred Goodwin were already in heaven preparing for Georgia’s arrival.

Georgia is survived by two sons, Kevin Miller (Judy) and Bryan Miller (Bobbie). Grandchildren Nicole Hatcher (Josh), Matthew Hatcher and Jacob Miller (Tiffany). Great Grandchildren Macie Kay and Noah Wade (Jacob and Tiff) and Ledger Bryan (Nicole and Josh). Georgia was a woman of deep faith and loved the Lord. Hanging in her kitchen is a sign that reads “in a world where you can be anything, be kind”.

Georgia lived her entire life being kind to everyone giving her time, her prayers, her resources and most importantly her unconditional love. Whether it was a close family member or a stranger that needed a ride home from church, she was always the first to ask “what can I do for you”. Georgia will be missed by many and her family only asks that those who knew her and her kind spirit will take inspiration from Georgia to help make the world a better place.
