Frank O. Lopez passed peacefully from this world October 12, 2011. Born April 15, 1928 in Phoenix, Frank was a third-generation Arizonan. Frank worked hard all his life and achieved his dream of opening his own business when he founded Lopez Auto Tops in 1966. He spent every weekday at his shop until May of this year. Frank was a fan of NASCAR, Mexican food and country music. Frank is survived by his wife Juanita of 59 years, his children, Frank Jr. (Sheryl), Annie (Jeff) Falk, Carlos (Diane) and Sandra (John) Owens; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter JoAnn. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and long-time customers. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Hospice of the Valley, who provided Frank's care at home. Visitation will be Monday, October 17, 2011 from 6-8 pm and a Funeral Service Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 10:00 am at A. L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Phoenix. Interment to follow at St. Francis Cemetery 5005 E. Oak St. Phoenix
