David Lee Patrick, age 63, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022. David was born March 27, 1959.
A memorial service for David will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85033, followed by a memorial service from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
