Darlene Cortez, 75, passed away on April 30, 2016. She was born in 1941 in Morenci, Arizona to Rose and Marcelo Baca. In 1958 she married the love of her life, Frank Cortez. They were married for 47 years until his passing in 2005. Darlene is survived by her sisters, Linda, Veronica, Elizabeth, and Yvonne. Also her brothers, Mike, Joey, Elias, and Ernie Baca. She will be remembered by her three children, Laura, Ronnie, and Monique. Darlene and Frank also have 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 7th at 10AM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary Chapel of Reflection, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85042.
