A visitation for Cecil will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Epworth United Methodist Church, 4802 N 59th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85033, followed by a celebration of life from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
