Carmen L Cortez was called home at age 71 on June 7, 2017 in Glendale, Arizona. She is survived by her daughter Lisa, 2 sons Albert and Vincent, 6 siblings, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 23, 2017 at 9:30am at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
