Carl Francis Coffer

Carl Francis Coffer, 93, a beloved father, grandfather, and uncle, passed away on April 23, 2023. He was a strong man of faith and was devoted to his family. He is survived by his daughters Dianne Ray (Robert) and Kim West (Jeff), 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Frankie Lou. Carl was the youngest of eight children, born to James and Pearl Coffer, in Glendale. Carl worked for 30 years for General Motors Acceptance Corporation. He loved to travel and he and wife Frankie Lou organized trips for their church group to Hawaii, Branson, New England, and the sites of Arizona. He was an active member of First Southern Baptist Church Scottsdale. He lived at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa and was well liked by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to know him.

A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, May 7 at 2 PM at First Southern Baptist Church, Scottsdale, 5230 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale.

A committal service for Carl will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
