84, Our beautiful, beloved Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother, Billie Ruth Lockwood, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2010 in Phoenix, AZ. Billie was born November 28, 1925 in Altus, Oklahoma, and moved to Arizona in her early teens and grew to love Arizona dearly. Billie was preceded in death by her husband Bert E. Lockwood in July, 2009. Billie is survived by her daughter Lydia and her husband John Neeley; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren and three sisters Barbara Thompson, Sondra Sprague and Bobbye Lee Davis. Visitation will be held from 10:30am to 11:00am, Sunday, November 14, 2010 in the Chapel of East Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85042 with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at East Resthaven Park Cemetery.
