Funeral services will be held 4PM on Friday, March 2nd at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuaries Bethany Chapel in Phoenix, AZ. Burial services will be held 10AM on Saturday, March 10th at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fairoaks, CA.
Barbara was born in Quincy, MA to Grace Whitney Blake on August 7, 1925. She worked in the U.S. State Department after World War II where she was stationed in Austria and Yugoslavia (currently Serbia). She married Raymond H. Harper on November 8,1958 in San Francisco, CA.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Ray and mother Grace Whitney.
Barbara is survived by her son, Peter; daughter-in-law, Michele; and granddaughters, Sarah and Lindsay.
