Anna was born to Michael and Mary Burrola on May 30th, 1995. She was raised Catholic in the valley of the sun alongside her four cherished siblings. Her athletic talents coupled with her love for cheerleading and gymnastics earned her an individual national title in gymnastics, and two state championships and an all-around national championship title in cheerleading with her esteemed teammates. Anna studied at Arizona State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. During her time at ASU and while working at Mountainside Fitness, she met the love of her life and husband, Clayton Farrer. Anna went on to work in the medical field as a scribe for both oncology and cardiology physicians. Her most recent endeavor was working in a physical therapy facility helping patients rehabilitate to their best abilities.
Speaking to her strength, Anna always went full send in every aspect of her life. Anna's overall life of the party demeanor and positive attitude are what people loved most about her. She devoted her life to helping others even in her final days. Her mission was to forever leave her lasting mark on the hearts of every person she encountered.
Anna Dolores Farrer (Burrola), age 27, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Anna is survived by her husband Clayton Farrer, parents Michael and Mary Burrola, paternal grandmother Dolores Burrola, maternal grandmother Joyce Wilhelm, her siblings Ashley Perez, Michael Burrola, Alexis Rabe, and Matthew Burrola. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Rudy Burrola, maternal grandfather Gerald Wilhelm, aunts Teresa Kenyon, Jean Goins, uncle Michael Wilhelm, and nephew Knox Burrola.
A visitation for Anna will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuaries Bethany Chapel, 710 West Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013. A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 1:30 PM at St. Thomas More, 6180 W Utopia, Glendale, AZ 85308. A graveside service to follow will occur Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
