Amelia Rios, born January 5, 1922, died peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on November 2, 2016. Amelia is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Ortiz and Sandra Mitsis; her seven grandchildren, Paul, Jerry, Marta, and Joe Ortiz as well as Kathleen, David and Elizabeth Lucas; 9 great-grandchildren, Kevin, Daniel, Alexandrea, Bridgette, Connor, and Sally; and 1 great-great grandchild named Amelia. A strong woman who survived a horrific accident and 19 months in a body cast in 1965. Amelia was a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ. May she rest in peace.
