Adrienne Mary Mann

Adrienne Mary Mann, 66, died peacefully in the morning on February 19, 2016. Her lengthy battle with cancer has come to an end. Adrienne was born on December 3, 1949 in Astoria, New York, the daughter of Helen and Joseph Stevens.

Adrienne thoroughly enjoys life and the outdoors. She loved to travel and explore new places and cultures. She was a very strong willed individual and a devoted Christian. She loved her two children, two grandchildren and her loving man, Ed.

In addition to raising her children and traveling she had a love of learning. She studied nutrition, Herbology and was an entrepreneur. She was very active in politics and trying to make our world a better place.

Adrienne is survived by her loving man, Howard “Ed” Rice, her son Jayson, her daughter Samara and her two grandchildren, Daniela and Ethan. She is also survived by her sister Valerie, brothers Joseph and Christian, a number of other close relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in her name to a cancer research center of your choice, in the hopes that someday the pain of losing a loved one to cancer will be eliminated.

Adrienne was truly loved and will be deeply missed.
