Rosa is survived by her three children; David, Lisa, and Wally Alvarez; her three grandchildren, Christopher Alvarez, David Garcia Jr., Monica Garcia; her four siblings, Matias, Constancia, Juan, Guadalupe Ramos and numerous great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Clemencio and Refugia Ramos, and her five siblings; Francisca Salazar, Ambrocio Ramos, Ramona Tapia, Candida Fonseca, and Beto Ramos.
