Nora Elia Rocha Mendoza, age 46, of Edinburg, Texas passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021. Nora was born March 8, 1975 to Herminio Rocha and Catalina Mendoza Garcia in Rio Bravo Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Nora is survived by her children; Hector Jesus Rocha (Yasmin); Cynthia Guadalupe Rocha; Natalia Rocha; Saul Montes; and Dareizi Ledezma; her partner;Juan Ramos and her grandchildren; Emmy, Hector Jesus Jr., Kailin Elia Rocha and Aiden Gonzalez.

A catholic mass for Nora will be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM (everyone to meet at church) at St. Jude Catholic Church located at 505 S Ironwood St, in San Juan, TX. Following the catholic mass there will be a visitation from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, Pharr, TX.
