Natalia was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and neighbor. She was a devout Catholic who was very active in her church. She was a Eucharistic Minister, involved in the music ministry playing the guitar, taught CCD, and volunteered with St. Vincent De Paul. Natalia loved spending time in the kitchen cooking for family and attending her grandchildren’s activities. She modeled the importance of God, faith, and family to all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
Natalia was preceded in death by: husband Baldemar Montalvo; son Baldemar Montalvo, Jr; mother Manuela Salinas Reyna; father Margarito Reyna and 10 brothers and sisters.
Natalia is survived by her son Orlando Montalvo and daughter Belinda Lopez (Juan), 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 9 pm, with a 7 pm rosary on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Catholic Mass will be held at 10 am at St. Anne Catholic Church in Pharr. Burial will continue at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
