Juan Vasquez Jr.

Born in McAllen, Texas, he was a resident of Willard, Ohio.

Juan was the sweetest and kindest loving person. He was very thoughtful and would put everyone before him. He always wanted to help people and make people smile. He was a people person and always wanted to be around others. It was especially hard for him during the pandemic when he had to be isolated. He had a big heart for everyone that it went into overload and at the end it couldn't keep going any more. He is loved by everyone and will be missed.

“We know you will always be here with us. Heaven called his beautiful handsome smart angel home and he is now watching over all of us. Thank you, God for lending us your son. We will see him in Heaven one day.’’

Juan was in the Special Olympics. He loved playing basketball, volleyball, walking, and fishing.

He loved to watch movies and would recite most, if not all the movie word by word.

He is survived by his loving parents, Alejandra and Juan Vasquez, Sr.; siblings, Marta Patricia (Shandon) Brentham, Esmeralda Vasquez (Homer) Borrego, Beatrice Vasquez(Jose) Perez, Berta Vasquez (Robert Cummings), Alejandro Vasquez, Juan Patricio Vasquez, Christina Lenor Vasquez; nieces and nephews, Natalie (Paul) Baker, Marcela Brentham, Brandon Brentham, McKenna Brentham, Dario Presas, Estefano Presas, Julieta Perez, Miranda Perez, Xaime Perez, DeAngelo Cummings, Patricia Cummings, Jenavieve Vasquez; great-nephew and great-niece, Samson and Shyla Pearl Baker.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
