Tom was born December 9, 1935 and he grew up in Austin where he attended school and stayed the remainder of his days. He had a passion for motorcycles and cars in his early years and was always found “tinkering under the hood”. His love for fishing took him and his family to the Texas coast (Rockport) every year, where they would spend their time fishing and making memories on the beach. As the girls grew up he enjoyed sharing those memories with the next generations.
Tom was employed for 35 years with Dart Bowl Family Sports. He made many friends along the way, before retiring in 2001.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, T.C. Allman and Ludie Simpson Allman; his brother, James Allman; and sister, Lorraine Allman.
