It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear son/brother Jonathan Ray Kinnard on November 8, 2024 at the age of 46 in Georgetown, TX. Jonathan was born in Austin, TX, to J.R. and Connie Kinnard on February 13, 1978. Jonathan was known for his vibrant spirit, deep love for his family, and his enthusiastic support for the UT Longhorns.
For those that had the privilege of knowing Jonathan, his greetings and interactions were always memorable ones. He was curious and unique and humorous and loyal. Though he faced obstacles as a child with special needs, he never let those challenges hold him back from his adventures. He enjoyed traveling to new places on summer vacations and cherished times of gathering with family during the holidays. He enjoyed times spent watching his favorite movies and TV shows and never missed a game when his beloved Longhorns were playing.
He is survived by his loving parents, J.R. and Connie Kinnard; sisters, Mary Kinnard and April Heath, and brother-in-law, David Heath; niece, Zoey, and nephew, Jon. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.T. and Olga Kinnard, and Ray and Blanche Stone.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Cook-Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville, TX, on November 25, 2024, at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Gideons International at www.gideons.org/donate, honoring Jonathan's memory.
