Ellis Lynn Bailey

Lynn will be missed dearly by his family, friends, and his prized Longhorn Corvette Club. He loved his family dearly, especially his angel in heaven, Courtney (Jan 25, 1990 - Jan 2, 2020). They are now together forever in a far better place.

He always looked at the glass half full because he believed anything is possible, never seemed to be in a bad mood and always wanted to make everyone laugh, even with his dad jokes. He would gladly help out friends and family and lended a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He loved all Holidays, but most importantly Christmas when he would compete for the best Christmas lights in the neighborhood.

Lynn was born on April 14, 1952 to Ellis Bailey and Elizabeth Bourland. He graduated from Burleson High School and attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he received a degree in Business Administration. On April 28, 1979 he married Diane Kristek from La Marque, Texas. He was a loving and devoted father and husband. Lynn is survived by his wife, Diane. They were married for 42 years.

Friends and family are invited to the visitation at Cook Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 11AM - 3 PM.
