Daniel Patrick Zamora passed away at age 29, on July 30th, 2023, at Baylor Scott and White in Temple, Texas.
Daniel was born on November 23rd, 1993, in Austin, TX, in a family of 5, being the middle child of 3 boys, with older brother Andrew Zamora and younger brother Bryson Zamora and parents Michal Zamora and Kelly Collins.
He also came from a very large family and is remembered by all, with the closest members being his aunts, uncles, and grandparents; Ernest Zamora, Rick Zamora, Ashley Zamora, Joe Najvar, and Kim Collins. He is greatly missed by his beloved grandparents, Larry and Donna Najvar and Lupe Zamora.
Daniel Graduated from Taylor High School in 2013. He went on to work at Applied Materials as a Manufacturing Technician; he was very driven and loved his work. He was greatly loved by his colleagues.
Daniel had a very active lifestyle outdoors, which included: fishing, boating, shooting, and motocross, which he loved to make YouTube videos of. He wanted to learn more so he could compete in races. He was also involved in a coed softball team called Soxxx with his wife, Eryn. Daniel was also BEST OF THE BEST three years in a row in karate, making him a Grand Master.
He loved to spend time with his family and friends and enjoyed the time he spent with them while they camped on the ranch and had crawfish broils.
Though his greatest achievement was being a father to his son Aiden Johansson (age 10) and husband to the love of his life Eryn Zamora, who he married during his hospital stay on July 14th, 2023.
He had a very positive outlook on life and was regretfully taken too early when he had so much to live for.
A memorial service for Daniel will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
