Claudia spent a lifetime of 43 years dedicated to the education of the youth of Eastern Kentucky. At age 18 she began teaching in a rural one room school house with grades 1 through 8.
She was predeceased by parents, Taulby Williamson and Mary Ann Ray Williamson; son Darrell Ray Cline; sisters, Elsie Williamson Francis, Maxie Lee Clevinger, Nancy Williamson Blackburn, Ellie Williamson; and brother Wallace Williamson. Survivors include daughter Nancy Sherrill and husband John of Litchfield Park, AZ; daughter Deborah Ann Goode and husband Ira of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren, Timothy Justice, Tammy Belliveau, Brandi Goode, and Shaun Goode; and six great grandchildren, Cody Justice, Shelby Justice, Ty Justice, Cameron Belliveau, Amber Belliveau, and Katlyn Belliveau.
The Williamson family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, Pflugerville. Funeral services celebrating Claudia’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, June 13, 2010 in the Mausoleum Chapel, which is located on the grounds of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
