Carol, who preferred to be called Sue (and will hereafter be referred to as Sue), was born on April 14, 1954. Sue is survived by her mother, Wanda Woolverton; brother, Mike Woolverton; sister, Judy Woolverton; uncle and aunt, George and JoAnn Stone; numerous cousins and husband, Rodney Fuentes (both Sue and Rodney decided she would keep her maiden name rather than change it as many people do.)
Sue was employed by the Office of the Attorney General – Crime Victims Compensation Division in Austin, Texas. She was a secretary doing Nurse Support for this agency from 2004 through 2015. She found it to be a rewarding and fulfilling career.
The memorial for Sue will be on Saturday March 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Liberty Hill First United Methodist Church; 101 Church Street; Liberty Hill, Texas 78642. We chose cremation and when things are ready she will be inurned at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, TX at a later date.
Sue had a favorite bible chapter – Psalm 23. It gave her strength and courage. Now she is with God, and one day we can be together again.
Psalm 23 ~ The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
