Carol “Cassee” Ann Schofield, age 76, of Austin, passed away on September 9, 2021. She was born on November 25, 1944 in Rochester, New York, the daughter of Emanuel Saurini and Josephine (Dinoto) Saurini.
Cassee graduated from Nazareth Academy and the Rochester Institute of Technology. On June 15, 1987 she married Pat Schofield. She had a career that spanned over 45 years in the healthcare industry, working in podiatry, dental and obstetrics and gynecology offices.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Pat; her children, Mike Chard and Michelle Neisen, Jason Schofield and Crystal Delgado; her grandchildren, Michael Chard and Bailee Rae Delgado; and her sister, Sandra DiMaggio and brother, Anthony Saurini. She is also survived by numerous other family members and a host of friends and colleagues.
A graveside service celebrating Cassee’s life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
