Ann, who was a graduate of Reed College in Portland, Oregon, the University of Texas Law School, and Southern Methodist University, was an accomplished tax attorney with the federal government in Washington, D.C. before returning to Texas in 2003. But Ann’s greatest accomplishments came as mother, wife, and sister. Her profound capacity for love and caring, as well as her tremendous determination always to persevere will be forever remembered by all those who loved her.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Dolores Meehan Veninga and Frederick William Veninga, M.D. She is survived by her daughters, Skye and Shelby Kramer, her husband, John Kramer, and her siblings, Dolores Veninga, Louise Zaricor, Frederick Veninga, Frank Veninga, M.D., and Karen Driscoll.
Ann’s family wishes to thank the staff of the Cottages at Chandler Creek in Round Rock, Texas, for their devoted care of Ann during these last difficult years.
Ann’s family will greet guests at a visitation to be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. Services to celebrate her life will be held privately at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
