TAYLOR, Nora Ruby – Passed away peacefully at Riverview Manor on September 15, 2014 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Warren Blake Taylor. Loving mother of Patricia Killingbeck (Kenneth), Jeffrey (Lynn), Michael (Sandra), Alice Price (Jonathan), the late Nancy Cuffe (late Jack), grandchildren Janice Smith (Richard), Jacquie Reid (Kelly), Dwayne (Stacey), Warren (Lisa), Bret (Jayne), Sean (Corey), Luke, Jordon, Adam, Bronwen Mattinson (Jacob), Evan, Dylan, Christina, Laurie, David and great grandchildren Taylor, Erika, Bevin, Conor, Abby, Chase, Bailey, Ella, Chloe, Morgan, Addyson, Hailey, Olivia and Isaac. Nora was a devoted wife and worked hard supporting Warren in their business, Allied Cash Register, and had many friends and business relationships in Peterborough and surrounding areas. She was a member of Knox United Church and was active in many groups with her church family over the years. Nora was an avid golfer at the Kawartha Golf and County Club where she was involved with women’s groups and had two holes-in-one. She enjoyed bridge, bowling, reading, knitting and craftwork. The depth, commitment and love of family is the biggest legacy that Nora will leave her family. Visitation will begin on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 11:00 with a Memorial Service to follow in the Chapel at 12 noon at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street.
