Margaret Wright, a life long resident of Peterborough passed away March 28, 2024 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 65. A resident of St. Josephs at Fleming. Survived by many friends, cousins and siblings Karen, Darlene and John (Joanne). She is predeceased by her parents Stewart and Annabeth Wright. She was an advocate and board member in the community for those living in poverty, also receiving a YMCA peace medallion.
We would like to thank all the caregivers, friends, doctors and nurses, particularly the PRHC dialysis unit. Instead of flowers, please make donations to a charity of your choice that helps those living in poverty.
Visitation will be held at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Monday, April 22 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm with the Service at 1:00 pm. Reception will be after the service followed by interment at Highland Park Cemetery.
