Jeanette Mary O'Neill Burns

Peacefully, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Garry Burns. Loving mother of Warren, Roger, and Michael Burns. Proud grandmother and great grandmother. Dear sister of Digby O’Neill, Trisha Coombes and Sharon O’Neill. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Edith O’Neill. Sadly missed by her many church friends.

A devout catholic Jeannette was proud to be part of the Catholic Women’s League and a frequently participant at St. Peter-in-Chains Cathedral.

Visitation for friends will be held at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre on Monday, April 26, from 1-4. As space is limited please call the funeral home at 705-745-4683 or use https://signup.com/go/MAwcYVs. We are limited to10 guests per half hour for this visitation. Please be prepared to provide your name and contact information for the Peterborough Health Unit’s contact log. Please be aware all attendees are required to wear a mask; please have yours on, prior to entering. Social Distancing is required and gathering on our outdoor properties is not permitted. Due to the pandemic restrictions, a private mass will be held. Interment at Highland Park Cemetery.
