Gillespie, G. Neil (World War II Veteran) - Passed away on September 11, 2011 in his 88th year. Neil, father of Vicky Gillespie, James and his wife Elizabeth, Peter and his wife Yvonne and the late Cathy Brook. Grandfather of Terry, Karene and Jennifer. Neil was a graduate from UTS, 1943, and was awarded his P.Eng. in 1948. After graduating, he worked for Canadian General Electric in Toronto, Peterborough and Edmonton and finally retired in Peterborough. He has been a member of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church since 1954. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. with visiting from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at ST. PAUL’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 120 Murray St., Peterborough.
