At Royal Gardens on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the age of 102. Predeceased by his loving wife Eileen M. Burke, his parents Augustine and Amy Bourque, brothers Fred, Leonard, Joe, Lewis and sisters Lillian Leblanc, Anna Muise, Hilda Szymanski and his sister-in-law Ruth Lansfield. Dear uncle of Eleanor Williams and Tony Szymanski. Del will be missed by friends Wayne and Pat Johnston. A funeral service will be held from the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 11:00 am followed by the interment at Highland Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:45 am. In memory of Del memorial contributions may be made to the PRHC Foundation, Hospice Peterborough or a charity of your choice. Thank you to Dr. Richard Binette, Dr. Andrew Binette and all of the staff at Royal Gardens for the wonderful care given to Del over the last several years.
