Passed away at Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa on Monday, May 5, 2014 in her 73rd year. Dear daughter of the late Hazel Cranley (Heffernan) and the late Vincent Cranley. Step-daughter to the late Harold Moher. Beloved mother of Jim Smith (Lucy) of Toronto and John Smith (Patti) of Kanata. Survived by, brother Gerald (Florence) Cranley, sisters-in-law Marg Cranley and Sr. Jean Marie Smith. Step-sister to Judy Renwick, Margaret Staves and Kim Moher. Predeceased by sister Barbara (late Paul Evans), Marg (late Dewey) Welsh, Bernadette (late Carl) Johnson and brothers Jack and Gary Cranley. Cherished Nana/Grandma to Drew, Robyn and Katie Smith of Kanata; Emma, Molly and Ryan Smith of Toronto. Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. Memorial Mass will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 12, 2014 at ST.
