Downey, Carol Ann – At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday November 2, 2023 in her 56th year. Loving wife of Clarence J. Downey and dear mother of Tony J. Downey. Daughter of Lynn Stear and the late William (Bill) Stear. Predeceased by her sister Samantha (Sam) Stear. A memorial Service will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Sunday November 12th at 1:30 pm. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm. In lieu of flowers and at the request of the family, please pass on an act of kindness.
