Archie Ezie Rupert

After a lengthy illness at his home on Sunday, March 16, 2014 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Horner) for 53 years. Devoted Dad of Harvey Carmen Rupert and his wife Lisa, Denise and her husband Jerry Molloy and the late Tracey Sloan (Rob). Cherished Grampa of Timothy & Lee Anna Rupert and Hayley & Kurtis Sloan. Dear brother of William and his wife Yvonne, Jack and his wife Evelyn and Stirling’s partner Donna. Archie was predeceased by his parents Carmen & Elizabeth (nee Gardner) and his siblings Stirling, Harvey, Walter, Clayton and his wife Evelyn Wilson, Alvin and his wife Marilyn Wilson, Gilbert and his wives Jean and May Wilson. Archie retired from General Motor with over 34 years of service. Archie enjoyed spending time in Bancroft. Archie’s family would like to thank Pontypool Fire Dept., EMS, OPP and Dr. Joan Don for their help during this time. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am – 12:45 pm followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. Interment will take place at Rosemount Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to Pontypool United Church would be greatly appreciated by Archie’s family.
