She was born October 14, 1952 in Peoria, her parents James Richardson and Nancy Gregg.
Victoria is survived by her son, Corey (Christine) Best and grandson Jason Best.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jim Richardson.
Victoria had a remarkable career as a surgical technologist at Carle Health Methodist Hospital, where she devoted 35 years of her life to caring for patients.
Beyond her career in healthcare, Victoria was a devout member of her community, finding fulfillment in her faith and service. On April 17, 2016, she was ordained as a deacon, a role in which she touched the lives of countless individuals through her ministry and compassionate support.
Victoria was also an active member of the River City Blues Society, where she shared her love for music and formed cherished friendships with fellow enthusiasts.
Cremation rites have been accorded, there are no services at this time. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
