Dale was born June 21, 1961, in Peoria, IL, to Dorothy Seaman and Albert Hacker. He married Yvonne Lorraine Schoenbein on September 4, 1981, in Washington, IL.
Dale is survived by his mother and step-father, Dorothy and Walter "Ray" Phillips; two children, Hannah Peterson of Chillicothe and Jonathan (Isabella) Seaman of Mapleton; a grandson, Torin and a grandchild on the way. Also surviving are seven siblings, Darrell Seaman of Washington and Rhonda (Mark) Merritt of Troy, TN, Kelly (Shane) Jones of Union City, TN, Darren Hacker, Nicklas, Hacker, Steven Hacker, Trisha Hess; step-mother, Sharon Hacker; and step-sister, Pamela Foor.
Dale worked as a truck driver most of his life, specializing in HAZMAT and long haul trucking. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Canton, where he enjoyed volunteering and working on church projects. Dale was an avid outdoorsman, who loved deer hunting and going to the shooting range.
Cremation will be accorded. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be at Calvary Baptist Church, Canton, IL 1/29/22 from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
