I remember Mark as my very first love back when we were in junior high school almost 49 years ago. He was known by the nickname “showny”
I still can see him with his long hair parted down the middle and wearing his suede fringe jacket.  Always so cool and very popular.  Tim Pena, Lea, Mark and I we’re best friends and were always having  fun and getting into a bit of trouble while doing it too. I am so sad to hear of his passing and my heart goes out to his family and friends. 🙏 Velaina  aka Bootie

Mark holds a very special memory in my childhood.  We went to the same high school and shared many days skipping school filled with  fun and adventures until I left for Nicaragua.  We touched base in 2018 and caught up on the many years in between.  He emphasized his love for his fiance and very excited about his new family and the experiences they would share. This is quite a surprise and very saddening.  BUT comforting to know he will be be with our Lord awaiting our return.  He will be missed by many, as he lived and shared his joy and spiritually in our physical world with everyone.  

I just learned of Mark’s passing last night. I always liked Mark. We shared a trip to New  Orleans  once with some other friends. and I will never forget. Mark was always quiet and meek, but if he ever said something it was usually important. I’ll miss him.

Mark, my fiance, the best person i never met. His kindness, His lovely arms, the lovely Dad, the best friend always.....i never Will forget. Very hard for me to know now never more receive a hugg for  the men i loved with all my heart.  Many histories he told me, one of them, one of his kids, long Time ago....open the refrigerators AND the chickens go away.  Very funny always Mark. If i write all never Will finish.   Always in my heart , in my soul, in my prayers........Kisses Mark.  One day we Will see you on heaven. Ilu
