Jimmie Cooper age 63,went to be the Lord on June 2nd ,2012.Born on March 6th,1949 and raised in Pensacola Florida.Jimmie was a husband,a father,carpenter, deer hunter and fisherman.He will be remembered most for his being an outdoorsman in which he shared with his family.As a carpenter, he was one of the most skilled cabinetmakers in Pensacola and could put any scrap of wood to good use.He was a devoted father and husband to his wife and children.He is survived by his wife Norma Liner from Houma,Louisiana and 5 children 2 from previous marriage to Kathy Lipham Tourison:Two daughters: Mary Jennifer Tourison and Pamela Jane Cooper and three sons Jamey Tourison,Jason Cooper and Kevin Cooper.Visitation will be at Oak Lawn Funeral Home Thursday, June 7th from 5-7 pm.Memorial service will be at Brownsville Assembly of God Friday June 8th at 11 am.Service will be officiated by Chaplain Jack Giddens.Burial will take place at Bayview Memorial Park on Scenic Highway following the memorial service.
