Helen "Tot" Jones Harrod

Helen "Tot" Jones Harrod, 92, of Pensacola, died Sunday, September 07, 2014.

Mrs. Harrod was born January 24, 1922 in Laverne, Alabama to John W. Jones and Mattie Welch Jones. Mrs. Harrod moved to Pensacola as a teenager and graduated from Pensacola High School. She was a member of Christ Church, the Pensacola Garden Club and the Daughters of the Nile.

In 2007, Mrs. Harrod was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley E. Harrod.

Survivors include her son, Clayton Harrod and wife Beth of Cantonment; daughter, Hope Benfield of Pensacola; grandchildren, Christopher Clay and wife Theresa, Jonathan Harrod and Kimberley Adams; great grandchildren, Martin Charles II and Paula Warren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Entombment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday.
