It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Kozel (Pensacola, Florida), who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She touched those she met with joy and happiness.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Alexander Kozel; and her siblings Dorothy Fairweather, Eilene (Patty) O'Keefe, and John King.

She is survived by: her children Dean Steven Kozel and his spouse Xiaohong (Iris) Kozel, and Ronald John Kozel; her daughter-in-law Tuenjit (Thao) Kozel; her grandchildren Dean Sathiene Kozel and his spouse Lenna Kozel, Katia Alejandra Kozel, and Krystal Athena Kozel; her great granddaughter Ashley Hernandez and great great grandson Jack Hernandez; and her siblings Kaye Knoephel, Kenneth King, Marguerite (Peggy) Ready, and Sharon King.

She lived life to the fullest and emanated a positive perspective, always so happy and lovely to be around. She will be dearly missed by her close friends and neighbors Bonnie Burton, and Alejandra Duda and her daughter Elizabeth Duda.

A Visitation for Elizabeth will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506. A Funeral Mass will occur Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at St. John's Catholic Church, 303 Navy Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32507 with Graveside Service to follow from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Barrancas National Cemetery.
