1949-2015
Cheryl Hyde was born in Milan, Indiana to Carl and Elva Mae Deckard on October 19, 1949 and passed away July 14, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Carl and Elva Mae Deckard, her loving husband, Dave Hyde, Her brother Joe Deckard and a granddaughter, Danna Swanson.
Cheryl leaves behind her two daughters, Kimberly Bryson and Lori Swanson, 3 granddaughters Victoria Swanson, Ava Bryson, and Samantha Bryson. Also 2 brothers, John Deckard and Artie Deckard and a sister, Carlee Wilson-King.
Everyone that knew Cheryl loved her. Her kind and giving personality will surely be missed.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Thomas Tan and all the wonderful nursing staff at West Florida Hospital for all they did for Cheryl over the past few years.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 from 12:00-1:00 with a service immediately following at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens:
