Arlene A. Carter1947-2014Arlene A. Carter age 66 of Gonzalez, FL, passed away on Jan. 9, 2014 after a long courageous battle with lymphoma. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and the Rod Williamson Life Group. Mrs. Carter loved cooking and cleaning and she was known as "Mrs. Clean." Arlene was preceded in death by her parents. R.H. and Anna Crackel, her in laws which were her second parents, William R. and Wanitta Carter; brother, James F. Crackel; brother-in-law, Bob Carter. She is survived by her loving husband Matt Carter; two daughters, Tracey (Corey) Nicolai and Stefanie (Sonny) Morton; six grandchildren, Jeremy Dreis, Jessica Dreis, Madison Nicolai, Chris Morton, Sammy Morton, Christina Morton; siblings, Linda (Tom) Comis, Robert H (Teresa) Crackel, Ann (Art) Kimmel, Judy (John) Gibson; sisters-in-laws, Bev (Carl) Munir and Gloria (Mike) Hembree. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and devoted friend who loved the Lord with all her heart. Visitation will be on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home. The funeral will be on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014 at 2:00pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens.
