Tracey was a 2003 graduate of Penn Yan Academy. She earned her Associates Degree from FLCC and her Bachelors Degree from Kaplan University, both in Human Services. She was very involved in EMS and had volunteered with Red Jacket-Seneca Falls Fire Dept., North Seneca Ambulance, Penn Yan Area Volunteer Ambulance, South Seneca Ambulance and was the Lab Instructor at Finger Lakes EMS Council. Tracey was a Day Hab Specialist for Seneca-Cayuga ARC in Waterloo.
Tracey is survived by her husband Chris White, mother Shelley (Bullock) Bicksler, father Brookelene Bicksler and mother-in-law Lugene White; brother TJ (Chrissy) Bicksler; beloved nephews and niece Gavin Bicksler, Heather Bicksler, and Tyler Castner; aunts Kathryn (Alan) Davino, Sandie Swift, and Mary Linger; uncles Carl Bullock, Harold (MaryJane) Kerrick, and Walt (Betty) Johnson; cousins Danielle & Paul Kerrick, Jeff & Alison Egburtson and Faye & Albie Kerrick; best friends Andie Davie and Megan Castner; as well as many wonderful extended family members, including the Travis Family.
Tracey was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Shirley & Francis Bullock, paternal grandparents Ike & Gertrude Bicksler, cousin Cassandra Davino and father-in-law Robert Allen White .
Friends and family may call from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Townsend Wood Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Elm Street, Penn Yan, New York 14527. Her funeral service will occur Monday, July 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church, Main St., Penn Yan, New York 14527. Interment will follow at Bellona Cemetery, Bellona, New York.
