Funeral service for Lorine Higginbotham, age 95, of Pell City, will be at Freewill Baptist Church on Monday, October 31, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Interment will be at St. Clair Memorial Gardens after the funeral.
Mrs. Higginbotham is survived by her sons, Carl Dean Higginbotham (Joan) and Robert Wayne Higginbotham (Brenda); grandchildren, Karen Singer (Jason), Stephanie Higginbotham, Heather Thrift (Rodney), Keith Higginbotham (Melissa), and Scott Higginbotham (Linda); 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl H Higginbotham; her parents, Thomas and Fannie Gambrell; and all of her siblings.
The family would like to give special thanks to Rebecca Rowe for being an excellent caregiver over the years.
