Charley Ann is survived by her daughters, Dede Deatrick, Julie Brooks, and Janey Yates; son, Thomas Lee Stoffel; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and sister, Lee Kellogg;
Charley Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Thomas Edward Stoffel; son, Charles Dale Stoffel; parents, Charles and Florence Bliss; and brothers, Dale Bliss, Lee Bliss, Ernie Bliss, and Lonnie Haptonstall.
Visitation to be held at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, CA, at 4:00 - 8:00pm on Thursday Feb 29th. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mark's Catholic Church in San Marcos, CA, on Friday March 1st at 11:00am, with graveside internment immediately following at Eternal Hills.
